Your front desk can’t answer every call. AI can.

I’m Tom Hall, a software engineer in Burleson with a decade of experience — including healthcare platforms, where reliability and privacy aren’t optional. I build AI that books consults, answers common questions, reminds clients, and fills no-show gaps for med spas across DFW. It starts with a free 15-minute call, and you own everything I build.

// sound familiar?

Most med spas leak bookings the same few ways.

  • Calls during treatments go to voicemail — and the client books with the med spa that picked up.
  • No-shows and late cancellations leave provider hours empty that could have been filled.
  • Consult follow-ups slip through the cracks, and warm leads quietly go cold.
  • Rebooking, packages, and memberships get tracked by hand — when there’s finally time.
  • Instagram DMs, texts, and calls pile up in different places with no one owning the follow-up.

// the intro call

Exactly what you walk away with.

A quick call, one-on-one. By the end you’ll have a clear read on where AI fits your business:

  • A quick look at how your business actually runs — phones, booking, billing, the busywork
  • The highest-leverage places AI fits your operation right now
  • The spots where AI is hype and would just get in your way
  • A plain-English sense of next steps — build it yourself or with me

Intro call

Free15 minutes · no pitch

No pitch, no pressure — if AI isn’t worth it for you, I’ll say so.

// what I build

AI and automation that fit your business and do the busywork.

Built around how you actually work, not forced from generic software. I scope, design, build, and hand it off myself — in person, here in the Fort Worth area.

Custom telehealth prescribing platform and patient portal

The problem

Practices want to prescribe GLP-1 medications, peptides, and controlled substances online, but the existing telehealth platforms are too rigid and expensive for both big and small practices.

What I built

A custom telehealth prescribing platform with all the tools a practice needs to manage patients, prescriptions, and refills — plus a patient portal for intake, marketing, and secure messaging. Built on React, Node, Postgres, and AWS.

Result

Fully live with 200+ practices, well over 40,000 patients, and tens of thousands of prescriptions.

You own everything

The phone number, the code, the customer data — all yours. No lock-in, no held-hostage logins.

You work directly with me

No agency, no offshore team, no account manager. You work with the person writing the code — and I’m right here in Burleson, happy to meet in person.

Start with a free call

No big commitment to find out if AI is worth it. A free 15-minute call gets you a clear read on where AI fits your operation — and where it doesn’t.

Built for non-technical teams

The whole point is software your front desk and staff will actually use. Hand-off comes with a walkthrough and docs.

// questions owners ask

The fine print, up front.

What happens on the intro call?

A free 15-minute call, one-on-one. I learn how your business runs and give you a clear read on where AI actually helps — and where it’s just hype. If a build makes sense afterward, that’s the natural next step — whether you build it yourself or with me.

Can this work with my existing phone number?

Yes. We can route your current number through the new system so customers keep calling the number on your truck, your sign, and your business cards.

Can it integrate with QuickBooks, Square, Stripe, Shopify, or my CRM?

Almost always yes if the tool has an API — and most of these do. I’ll confirm the specifics on the first call.

Do I need to be technical to run it?

No. It’s built for your team, not engineers. You get a walkthrough and documentation at hand-off, and your front desk uses it day one.

How much does it cost?

The intro call is free. A focused build — online booking with automated reminders, say — typically lands in the $5k–$15k range. Larger systems like an AI phone assistant or a multi-phase operations build run $25k–$100k. Every project is a fixed fee or a weekly retainer agreed up front — no hourly billing, no surprises.

How long until it’s live?

A focused build (booking + reminders, say) can be a few weeks. Larger multi-phase work runs two to six months. I’ll give you a real timeline on the call.

What about support after launch?

You’re not stranded. Hand-off comes with a walkthrough and documentation, and most clients keep a small monthly retainer for fixes and improvements — the McFly Plumbing build works exactly that way. Either way you own the system and can take it anywhere.

Do I own the code when it’s done?

Yes — full ownership transfers to you at the end. The IP terms are spelled out in the engagement letter before any work starts.
